Yoga and wellness
for equestrians
Strengthen your body. Calm your mind.
Transform your riding.
Science-informed. Experience-driven.
Rooted in tradition.
My approach blends yoga, modern movement science, biomechanics and mindful sequencing.
I work with riders of all levels who want to feel stronger, move better, and show up more fully for themselves and their horse. My goal is to help improve your performance as well your wellbeing.
Most fitness content for riders focuses on the physical. But in over a decade of teaching yoga and a lifetime in equestrian sport, I've learned it's only one part of what makes a truly effective rider.
The Balanced Rider Philosophy
Pillar 1- Physical
A strong and supple body that can move with your horse, absorb movement, and apply aids with precision. This is the foundation and where most rider training begins and ends.
Pillar 2- Mental
Riding is a performance sport. The ability to quiet self-doubt before a test, stay present through a schooling ride, and rebuild confidence after a hard ride is a training skill.
Pillar 3- Emotional
Horses are mirrors. They respond to tension, anxiety, and frustration in real time. When a rider can identify what they're feeling, breathe through it, and return to neutral, they become more effective.

About Sabrina
Grand Prix Dressage Rider. Yoga teacher. Lifelong equestrian
I originally started yoga to support my riding. I wanted to improve my position, body awareness, and alignment.
What I discovered became the foundation of how I train, recover, and stay grounded.
With over a decade of teaching yoga and a lifetime in equestrian sport, I bring both disciplines together in a way that creates real, visible change: in your body, in the saddle, and in how your horse goes.
Everything I teach is sequenced with intention, so you leave feeling better than when you came.
