Meet Sabrina

I began teaching riding in my early twenties, starting with day camps and junior riders, then coaching weekly lessons and taking students to schooling shows. For years, I taught consistently while developing my own riding.

As my focus shifted toward training my horse, Zinté, and advancing my own education, I stepped back from regular riding instruction. In 2015, I transitioned into teaching yoga, bringing with me everything I had learned from years in the saddle.

I originally started yoga to support my riding. I wanted to improve my position, body awareness, and alignment. What I discovered became the foundation of how I train, recover, and stay grounded.

Today, I teach yoga as a training tool for riders and busy professionals, but also, as a way to heal their body and mind.

Every practice is sequenced with intention so you leave feeling better than when you came.
