About Sabrina
I began riding at age eight and was teaching in my early twenties. I was coaching students through lessons and shows while continuing my own training.
In 2008, Zinté F came into my life, and so did yoga. What started as a tool for improving my position became foundational to how I train, coach, and compete. In 2014 I became a certified yoga teacher; the following year, Zinté and I reached FEI Prix St. Georges. We have since competed at the Grand Prix, the highest level of dressage.
I launched Yoga for Riders in 2019, bringing it online in 2021.
My teaching integrates yoga, functional movement, strength training, and the principles of biomechanics. Riders are athletes, and the body they bring to the saddle determines everything that happens there. I work with riders on how they move, not just how they stretch.
I'm currently pursuing advanced yoga training toward becoming a yoga therapist. I believe ongoing learning is what makes good teaching possible.

Meet Zinté F
Zinté F is a 2004 KWPN gelding by Tenerife x Indoctro, born in Holland and imported to Canada in 2007 after going through the KWPN inspection under the VDL stud.
From the beginning, Zinté was a fiery and spirited young horse but his incredible work ethic and willingness to please have made him a joy to train. His desire to learn and his kind, loving nature have shaped his personality. He thrives on human connection and loves being around people, always eager to engage and be part of the action.
Zinté has been my inspiration to do what I do. He’s not only the first horse I’ve trained up to the Grand Prix level, but he’s also the reason I believe in my dreams.
His athleticism, spirit and work ethic have pushed me to become a stronger, more confident rider. Zinté truly is the heart of everything I do. His journey and our partnership are a constant reminder that with trust, dedication and a little bit of fire, anything is possible.
