About Sabrina

My love for horses began early. By age 8, I was taking regular dressage lessons, drawn to the precision and partnership of the sport. In 2008, Zinté F came into my life—a fiery young KWPN stallion who became my partner through every phase of my career.

Around that same time, I discovered yoga. What started as a way to improve my position and confidence in the saddle quickly became a tool for navigating pressure, building strength, and staying grounded—on and off the horse.

I became a certified yoga teacher in 2014 and began integrating yoga into my life as a rider and coach. That same year, Zinté and I reached the FEI Prix St. Georges level, and today we have competed at the Grand Prix.

In 2019, I launched Yoga for Riders to support other equestrians —driven, passionate, and looking for balance. By 2021, I brought the program online to make it more accessible for riders everywhere.

Yoga has given me more than strength and flexibility. It’s helped me reset, show up, and lead with intention.

Meet Zinté F

Zinté F is a 2004 KWPN gelding by Tenerife x Indoctro, born in Holland and imported to Canada in 2007 after going through the KWPN inspection under the VDL stud.

From the beginning, Zinté was a fiery and spirited young horse but his incredible work ethic and willingness to please have made him a joy to train. His desire to learn and his kind, loving nature have shaped his personality. He thrives on human connection and loves being around people, always eager to engage and be part of the action.

Zinté has been my inspiration to do what I do. He’s not only the first horse I’ve trained up to the Grand Prix level, but he’s also the reason I believe in my dreams.
His athleticism, spirit and work ethic have pushed me to become a stronger, more confident rider. Zinté truly is the heart of everything I do. His journey and our partnership are a constant reminder that with trust, dedication and a little bit of fire, anything is possible.
