About Sabrina
I first started riding horses when I was 4. I don’t know if my parents realized the passion that would be ignited when they took to me to ride the first time. Around the age of 8, I started taking regular lessons. I was drawn to Dressage. I discovered my love of training and competing at a young age.
In 2004, I was offered the opportunity to coach.
In 2008, I bought my then young horse Zinté F and focused on training. I quickly realized my passion for teaching. I loved developing riders.
That same year, I found yoga. I discovered something far more than just a physical practice. I started making links between my practice and what I felt in the saddle. It ignited a new passion.
In 2014, I completed my yoga teacher training.
In 2015, I began teaching public classes.
That same year, I competed Zinté at the FEI Prix St Georges level for my very first time. Today, we are training at the Grand Prix level.
Yoga not only helped me physically in the saddle, but also helped me gain confidence and shift my mindset. It helped me develop as a person and apply the tools I’d learned to my riding. It became a goal of mine to help other riders discover the benefits of this practice. Yoga for Riders was born in 2019 and in 2021, I took it online.

Meet Zinté F
Zinté F is a 2004 KWPN Gelding by Tenerife x Indoctro
Born in Holland, he went to the stallion approvals for the KWPN 3 year old inspection under the VDL stud and was imported to Canada in 2007.
Zinté was quite fiery as a youngster but has always had a great work ethic. He is very willing and aims to please which has made training him up the levels very enjoyable.
He is a very kind and loving horse who loves to be around people and is very much ‘a pocket pony’.
