The Foundation Series

A simple and supportive series designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence on the mat.

Ideal if you're new to yoga or returning after a break. All classes under 30 minutes

Includes:

  • 6 beginner-friendly classes

  • Clear alignment and instruction

  • No experience required

NEW TO YOGA OR COMING BACK TO YOUR PRACTICE?

Build a stronger, more connected seat through yoga inspired by the Dressage Training Scale.

Each class connects breath, alignment, and movement to the principles of classical riding.

Includes:

  • 7 classes including an introduction

  • Classes 50–60 minutes

You’ll learn how to:
✔️ Use breathwork to improve rhythm, balance and mental focus in the saddle
✔️ Mirror riding postures with yoga poses to activate your core, improve alignment and release tension
✔️ Deepen your connection with your horse through body awareness and emotional regulation
