This signature series features 7 thoughtfully designed classes, each inspired by a step of the Dressage Training Scale. Whether you're riding at home or preparing for competition, this series helps you embody the principles of classical training through breath, alignment, and intentional movement.
You’ll learn how to:

✔️ Mirror riding postures with yoga poses to activate your core, improve alignment and release tension
