Yoga classes created by a Grand Prix Dressage rider.
Helping riders move better, feel better, and ride more confidently using modern movement science, biomechanics and mindful sequencing.

Yoga and wellness for equestrians

Science-informed. Experience-driven. Rooted in tradition.

My approach blends modern movement science, biomechanics, and mindful sequencing with over a decade of teaching yoga and a lifetime in equestrian sport. I work with riders of all levels who want to feel stronger, move better, and improve their riding.

Every practice is intentional. Every sequence has a purpose. And everything you learn on the mat supports how you move, feel, and ride in your everyday life.

Strengthen your body. Calm your mind. Transform your riding.

On Demand yoga classes

Access 100+ on-demand classes and programs from 5 to 60 minutes, designed for riders and busy professionals who value intelligent, efficient training.

Many challenges in the saddle are connected to how we move and use our bodies. When riders develop better strength, mobility, breath control and body awareness, they notice changes in their riding.

Yoga helps you become stronger, more balanced, and more aware so you can support your horse more effectively.

Yoga can help with many issues such as:

  • Tight hips or a sore lower back

  • Difficulty sitting the trot

  • Uneven seat

  • Lack of confidence

  • Anxious or nervous before riding and competing

  • Mental focus and performance

Programs for riders

Structured, results focused programs that build strength, mobility, balance and body awareness.

These self-paced programs guide you progressively, helping you understand how yoga supports your position, confidence, and feel in the saddle.

Options range from short, targeted practices for busy riders to longer, in-depth series designed to deepen your understanding and connection.

TESTIMONIALS

Meet Sabrina

I began teaching riding in my early twenties, starting with day camps and junior riders, then coaching weekly lessons and taking students to schooling shows. For years, I taught consistently while developing my own riding.

As my focus shifted toward training my horse, Zinté, and advancing my own education, I stepped back from regular riding instruction. In 2015, I transitioned into teaching yoga, bringing with me everything I had learned from years in the saddle.

I originally started yoga to support my riding. I wanted to improve my position, body awareness, and alignment. What I discovered became the foundation of how I train, recover, and stay grounded.

Today, I teach yoga as a training tool for riders and busy professionals, but also, as a way to heal their body and mind.

Every practice is sequenced with intention so you leave feeling better than when you came.
